FL Bakery has officially expanded its footprint in Central Florida with the grand opening of FL Bakery Factory & Café, a state-of-the-art 9,766-square-foot facility located at 6450 Way Point Blvd. This milestone marks an exciting new chapter for the beloved bakery, seamlessly blending time-honored traditions with cutting-edge innovation. 

The grand opening celebration, held in partnership with the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, welcomed distinguished guests, including Osceola County Commissioner Ricky Booth, Representative Erika Booth, National Entrepreneur Center CEO Belinda Kirkegard, and St. Cloud Police Chief Douglas Goerke. 

As part of its expansion, FL Bakery is unveiling a revamped menu featuring exciting new items such as Mallorca Española and an array of trendy frozen coffee drinks, including the signature “Chupacabra” coffee. Guests at the grand opening also had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the facility, which houses both a manufacturing plant and a café, showcasing the bakery’s commitment to quality and efficiency. 

The new location is equipped with advanced digital kiosks to streamline the ordering process, ensuring a fast and convenient experience for customers. This innovative approach reflects FL Bakery’s dedication to staying at the forefront of the fast-casual dining industry. 

Rafael Román, the visionary entrepreneur behind FL Bakery, leads a growing network of bakeries and a manufacturing plant in Puerto Rico. Since opening the first FL Bakery in Kissimmee after Hurricane Maria, the family-owned business has remained committed to creating jobs, fostering economic growth, and serving the community with high-quality baked goods.
