This honor recognizes FL Bakery\u2019s contributions to the local economy and its role in preserving and celebrating Puerto Rican culture within the community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFL Bakery came to Florida to rebuild and share Puerto Rican flavors, and the community embraced us beyond what we imagined,\u201d Rom\u00e1n said. \u201cNow, we are taking FL Bakery back to Puerto Rico, bringing this concept full circle while continuing to grow in Central Florida.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The expansion to Puerto Rico includes the opening of FL Bakery\u2019s first flagship location in Aguadilla and the FL Bakery Factory &amp; Caf\u00e9 in Camuy, the northwestern region of the island. The Aguadilla location encompasses 6,300 square feet and will employ 40 people, while the Camuy facility features 14,000 square feet, and will employ 60 people, and will serve as a factory and caf\u00e9 supplying fresh baked goods to Rom\u00e1n\u2019s network of nine bakeries on the island, including the new Aguadilla location.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these new openings, Rafael Rom\u00e1n brings the total number of FL Bakery locations to 13 across Puerto Rico and the state of Florida, reaffirming his commitment to job creation, economic growth, and the preservation of Puerto Rico\u2019s baking traditions in every community he serves.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mayor of the City of Kissimmee Jackie Espinosa together with Rafael Rom\u00e1n, owner of FL Bakery, and Commissioner Noel Ort\u00edz.
