From early in the morning, Rafael Román, Kiara Delgado and a dozen FL Bakery & Restaurant employees prepared Sobao Bread, after exhausting the inventory they had for the second day of the store’s opening in Central Florida.
The Puerto Rican business opened its doors in the downtown Kissimmee area amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Without fear”, declared Román in an interview with El Sentinel Orlando.
